摘　　要：新时代高校立德树人目标的实现,需要一支学习型辅导员队伍作为支撑。通过梳理学习型辅导员队伍建设方面研究的进展,在彼得·圣吉学习型组织理论理念的指导下,尝试提出了明确选聘条件、制定辅导员培训方案、组织编写辅导员工作手册等具有可操作性的学习型辅导员队伍建设的路径。In the new era,the realization of the goal of moral cultivation in colleges and universities needs the support of a team of learning counselors.Through combing the progress of the research on the construction of the team of learning counselors,under the guidance of Peter Senge’s theory of learning organization,this paper tries to put forward some operable ideas,such as defining the conditions of selection and employment,formulating the training program of counselors,organizing and compiling the work manual of counselors,etc.
