摘  要:目的:探讨全髋关节置换术后力学因素对于髋关节稳定性的影响。方法:人股骨标本完成CT扫描以及三维重建。将其结果数据导入至Mimics软件中,获得实体模型,在CAD/CAM/Robot集成技术的辅助下,磨削铜棒,获得定制性解剖假体,完成假体植入以及相关影像学检查。施加不同的力,进行有限元分析。结果:通过影像学结果证实定制的假体与髓腔的良好匹配以及不同的力对于假体置换后稳定性有明显的影响。结论:髋关节置换术后,维持假体的稳定性,需要对假体上受力的大小进行必要的调控。Objective To investigate the effect of mechanical factors on the stability of hip joint after total hip replacement.Method The specimens of human femur were scanned by CT and three dimensional reconstruction.The results of data into Mimics software,to obtain solid model in auxiliary CAD/CAM/Robot integration technology,grinding copper,get customized complete anatomic prosthesis,prosthesis implantation and related imaging.Different forces were applied to the finite element analysis.Results The good matching of the customized prosthesis to the medullary cavity and the different forces had a significant effect on the stability of the prosthesis after the prosthesis replacement.Conclusion After hip replacement,It is necessary to regulate the strength on the prosthesis for the stability of the prosthesis.
