PDCA循环在消毒供应室护理管理中的应用及对降低手术器械感染率的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA循环在消毒供应室护理管理中的应用,及对降低手术器械感染率的效果。方法:从消毒供应室处理的30000把医疗器械中抽取4200件为研究对象,按照管理的情况分为对照组和观察组,每组各2100件。对照组进行常规护理管理,观察者实施PDCA循环护理管理,对消毒供应室护理管理工作中医疗器械清洗、灭菌质量等进行分析,比较两组手术器械感染率、护理管理效果。结果:观察组手术器械感染率0.33%(7/2100),显著低于对照组的1.95%(41/2100),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,观察组环境管理评分(18.02±2.71)分、器械管理评分(17.93±2.55)分、清洗灭菌评分(18.15±2.58)分、包装管理评分(18.13±2.92)分;对照组环境管理评分(14.89±1.79)分、器械管理评分(15.14±2.11)分、清洗灭菌评分(15.43±1.89)分、包装管理评分(14.75±1.81)分;观察组评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环在消毒供应室的护理管理中应用,能够有效降低手术器械的感染率,增强消毒、灭菌的质量,值得推广。Objective To explore the application of PDCA cycle in the nursing management of disinfection supply room and its effect on reducing the infection rate of surgical instruments.Method From more than 30000 operations in our hospital,4200 medical instruments were collected from the disinfection supply room,which were divided into control group and observation group according to the management situation,each group was 2100 pieces,the control group was carried out routine nursing management,the observer carried out PDCA cycle nursing management,and the medical equipment cleaning and sterilization quality were analyzed in the disinfection supply room nursing management.The infection rate and nursing management effect of the two groups were compared.Results The infection rate of surgical instruments in the observation group was 0.33%(7/2100),which was significantly lower than that in the control group 1.95%(41/2100)(P<0.05);in addition,the environmental management score of the observation group(18.02±2.71),the instrument management score(17.93±2.55),the cleaning sterilization score(18.15±2.58),the packing management score(18.13±2.92),the control group(14.89±1.79)and the instrument management score(15.14±2.11),wash sterilization score(15.43±1.89),packing management score(14.75±1.81);the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the two groups were different(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle in the nursing management of disinfection supply room can effectively reduce the infection rate of surgical instruments and enhance the quality of disinfection and sterilization,which is worth popularizing.
