摘　　要：槐定碱和氧化槐定碱是中药苦豆子中的主要活性成分,药理研究结果表明,槐定碱和氧化槐定碱可能通过抗氧化、抗炎、抗细胞凋亡等途径,在炎症性疾病方面表现出较好的疗效。综述近年来槐定碱和氧化槐定碱对炎症性疾病的防治作用和机制,并分析研究方向,为研究与开发以苦豆子为原料的抗炎新药提供参考。Sophoridine and Oxysophoridine are the essential components of chinese traditional medicine Sophora alopecuroides L.Pharmacological research results showed that sophoridine and oxysophoridine might be effective in preventing and treating various inflammatory diseases through anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation and anti-apoptosis.This paper reviewed the effects and mechanisms of sophoridine and oxysophoridine worked on various inflammatory diseases,and analyzed the research direction in the future,which could provide a reference for the research and development of anti-inflammatory drugs based on sophora alopecuroides.
