摘 要:随着轨道交通行业的快速发展,铁路施工作业所引发的安全事故危险日益增加。为了有效地预防铁路施工过程中产生的安全碰撞危险,本文设计了铁路施工防碰撞预警技术。利用GPS系统实时获取施工人员与施工车辆的定位信息,应用无线电通信技术进行手持与车载终端的实时通信,再基于GIS技术判别碰撞危险并进行报警提示,使人车之间立刻做出应急操作,确保两者的安全。With the rapid development of rail transit industry,the safety accidents caused by railway construction are increasing.In or-der to effectively prevent the danger of safety collision in the process of railway construction,this paper designs the anti-collision early warning technology for railway construction.Real-time positioning information of handheld and vehicle terminals is acquired by GPS system.Real-time communication between handheld and vehicle terminals is realized based on radio communication technology.Based on the technology of GIS,the collision danger is distinguished and alarm prompt is given,which starts emergency operation between constructors and vehicles immediately to ensure the safety between them.
