摘　　要：以北京市不动产登记信息平台建设为例,详细阐述了平台设计思路、总体框架、功能实现和应用情况。通过资源-权利模型构建数据库,利用ETL技术实现历史数据迁移,基于SOA服务组件式模式实现平台的搭建,为北京市不动产登记工作开展提供了重要的技术平台。Taking the construction of Beijing real estate registration information platform as an example,this paper elaborates on the design idea,overall framework,function realization and application of the platform.The platform build database based on resource-right model and ETL,and constructed platform by SOA service component mode,which provides an important technical platform for Beijing real estate registration work.
