中巴经济走廊重要地理要素监测研究

摘　　要：中巴经济走廊是我国"一带一路"倡议建设的先行试点区,目前已有的研究主要从政治、经济、安全、生态评价等角度去考虑中巴经济走廊建设中的风险,缺乏从地理要素变化角度对中巴经济走廊建设进展、基础设施空间分布等方面的研究。本文以中巴经济走廊重要地理要素监测为例,研究境外区域地理要素监测技术和技术流程,形成科学可靠的技术方案,同时采用境外无控校正技术制作中巴经济走廊影像,构建中巴经济走廊重要地理要素指标体系,提取变化信息,统计分析中巴经济走廊建设情况,为中巴经济走廊互联互通提供地理信息数据支撑。The China-Pakistan Economic Corridor is the pioneering pilot area for the construction of China’s“One Belt and One Road”initiative.At present,the existing research mainly considers the risks in the construction of China-Pakistan economic corridor from the perspective of politics,economy,security,and ecological evaluation,and lacks the research on the progress of the construc-tion of China-Pakistan economic corridor and the spatial distribution of infrastructure from the perspective of geographical factors.Tak-ing the monitoring of important geographical elements in China-Pakistan economic corridor as an example,this paper studies the moni-toring technology and technical procedure of abroad geographical elements and proposes a scientific and reliable technical scheme.At the same time,the images of China-Pakistan economic corridor were produced by using the non-control-point rectification technology.The index system of important geographical elements of China-Pakistan economic corridor was constructed,the change information was extracted,and the construction of China-Pakistan economic corridor was statistically analyzed.The results provide geographic informa-tion data support for the interconnection of China-Pakistan economic corridor.
