摘　　要：目的研究临床医学检验中控制血液细胞检验质量的方法。方法回顾性分析90例血液细胞检验患者其检验结果,找到影响检验质量的因素。结果不同稀释比例、血液标本放置时间下血液标本检验结果数据值相差较大(P<0.05)。结论抗凝剂配置比例、血液样本放置时间均对血液细胞检验质量有影响,需把控各环节来保证检验结果准确度。Objective To study the method of controlling the quality of blood cell test in clinical medicine.Methods The results of 90 blood cell test patients were analyzed retrospectively,and the factors influencing the test quality were found.Results:Under different dilution ratio and time of blood sample placement,the data of blood sample test were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The proportion of anticoagulant and the time of blood sample placement have an impact on the quality of blood cell test.It is necessary to control each link to ensure the accuracy of test results.
