摘　　要：目的研究外伤性昏迷患者的急诊护理的应用效果。方法选取在2017年1月~2018年11月来我院就诊的72例外伤性昏迷患者为研究对象,设为观察组和对照组,每组36例。对照组:常规急诊护理;观察组:在常规急诊护理的基础上进行护理干预。结果观察组患者的优良率97.22%与对照组86.11%相比较高(P<0.05)。结论外伤性昏迷患者的急诊护理中进行护理干预,提高了护理质量,值得在临床中应用。Objective To study the effect of emergency nursing in patients with traumatic coma.Methods We selected 72 patients with traumatic coma who came to our hospital from January 2017 to November 2018 as the study subjects,and set them as observation group and control group,36 cases in each group.control group:routine emergency care;observation group:nursing intervention based on routine emergency care.Results The excellent and good rate of the patients in the observation group was 97.22%higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention in emergency nursing of patients with traumatic coma has improved the quality of nursing care and is worthy of clinical application Use.
