曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的效果。方法选取了2017年~2019年收治的300例冠心病心力衰竭的患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各150例患者。结果实验组不良反应发生率为6.66%,对照组不良反应发生率为15.33%,x^2=5.754,P<0.05;实验组患者治疗有效率为94.67%,明显高于对照组患者治疗有效为84.00%,x^2=8.955,P<0.05。治疗后,实验组患者的左心室收缩末期容积(LVSDV)、左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)水平均优于对照组患者的情况,P<0.05。在两组患者治疗后,实验组患者的脑钠肽水平、6min步行距离实验,明显好于对照组患者脑钠肽水平、6min步行距离实验,T=6.824/T=24.842,P<0.05。结论对冠心病心力衰竭患者采用曲美他嗪治疗效果明显,在治疗经过心脏彩超检查后患肢情况良好,安全性较高。Objective To investigate the effect of trimetazidine on heart failure of coronary heart disease.Methods 300 patients with coronary heart failure treated in 2017~2019 were randomly divided into 150 patients each in experimental group and control group.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 6.66%,the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 15.33%,x2=5.754,P<0.05,and the effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 94.67%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,84.00%,x2=8.955,P<0.05.After treatment,patients in the experimental group the levels of left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVSDV),left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV),and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were better than those of the control group,P<0.05.the brain natriuretic peptide level,6 min walking distance experiment in the experimental group was significantly better than the brain natriuretic peptide level,6 min walking distance experiment in the control group after treatment,T=6.824/T=24.842,P<0.05.Conclusion Trametazine is effective in treating patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.
