气阴两虚型原发性肾病综合症的中西医结合证治临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析中西结合证治气阴两虚型原发性肾病综合症的临床疗效;方法分析我院2015年1月~2019年10月原发性肾病综合症患者38例,中医辨证为气阴两虚证,分为中西医结合组(19例)与西医组(19例),中西医结合组予以中医药联合糖皮质激素,西医组予以糖皮质激素。结果中医药联合糖皮质激素可有效的提升患者血浆白蛋白,减少蛋白尿,并减少糖皮质激素临床药物副作用。结论中医药联合糖皮质激素在气阴两虚型原发性肾病综合症的治疗效果明显,且副作用少,值得广大临床肾病医师去进一步总结发掘。Objective To Analysis the clinical effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Idiopathic Nephrotic Syndrome which the TCM syndrome differentiation iS qi—yin deficiency.Methods To Analysis the 38 Patients in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2019,which the TCM syndrome differentiation iS qi—yin deficiency were divided into the combination of Chinese and Western medicine group and western medicine group,the Combination of Chinese and Western medicine group was given traditional Chinese medicine combined with glucocorticoid,The western group was given glucocorticoid.Result The traditional Chinese medicine combined with glucocorticoid can improve the plasmaalbumin,and reduce urinary protein,and reduce the side effects of glucocorticoids.Conelusion Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with glucocorticoids was effectively on theIdiopathic Nephrotic Syndrome which the TCM syndrome differentiahon is qiyin deficiency,and Less side effects,It is worth summarizing and exploring.
