摘  要:在管坯成形法兰的过程中,通常遇到的最大问题就是管坯的不稳定性。此外还受到管坯自由端高度与壁厚的限制。为了能够得到大直径、大厚度的法兰,提出了一种累积镦挤成形法。通过对累积镦挤成形法兰的有限元分析表明:累积镦挤成形法突破了自由端高度与壁厚比值的限制,可以无限制成形厚法兰,但是随着其法兰厚度的增加,会出现模具型腔角部充填不完整的现象。如果型腔宽度与坯料壁厚的比值较大时,随着法兰厚度的增加,在成形的第二阶段法兰部位会发生折叠。The primary problem during the forming of a tubular flange is the instability of the tube blank?which is also limited by the height of the free end and the wall thickness of the tube blank.In order to obtain flanges with large diameters and thicknesses,a cumulative forming extrusion method was proposed.The finite element analysis performed on cumulative upset extrusion flange shows that the cumulative forming extrusion method breaks through the limitation of the ratio of the free end height to the wall thickness and can form unlimited thick flanges.But the phenomenon of incomplete filling of the mold cavity comers appears as the flange thickness increases.K the ratio of the width of the formed flange to the wall thickness of the blank is large,as the thickness of the flange increases,the flange portion will fold in the second stage of forming.
