摘　　要：我们正处在一个巨变的时代,巨变的核心是新的生产方式已经产生了,并且在不断地发展成熟且必然影响甚至改变未来。新的生产方式就是"以互联网平台为支撑的智能化规模定制生产方式"。这一生产方式本质是一种为广大消费者个性化消费生产服务且可以大规模进行的全新模式,目前的新技术革命与进步中的大部分如人工智能、大数据分析、互联网、5G通讯、智能设备、工业互联网、区块链技术、智慧供应链等本质上都是为了这一生产方式的诞生与发展做准备的。正因为如此,可以预料未来相应于此生产方式的管理必然发生巨大变化。未来的管理可能是在智能化条件下"平台+分布式生产"的无边界网络组织中进行的管理;未来的管理可能是资源存在于不同区块之中的"去中心"或"无中心"组织形态时的对资源的配置;未来的管理也可能是一种个性化的管理或完全的自组织自我管理。We are in an era of great changes. The core of the great changes is that the new production method has been produced,which is constantly developing and will inevitably affect and even change the future. The new production method can be summarized as the "intelligent customized production mode supported by the internet platform",which is essentially a new model to provide production and service for consumers’ personalized consumption and can be carried out on a large scale. Most of the current new technological revolutions and advancements(such as artificial intelligence,data analysis,the internet,5 G communication,intelligence equipment,industrial internet,blockchain technology,smart supply chain,etc.)are essentially prepared for the birth and development of this production method.On this basis,it is expected that the management corresponding to this production method in the future will inevitably change dramatically and differ from today’s management.Future management may be management in a borderless network organization with "platform + distributed production" under intelligent conditions;the allocation of resources in the organizational form of future management can be "decentralized" or "centralized",where resources exist in different blocks;and it is either a personalized management or complete self-organization and self-management.
