小鼠灌肠方法的总结与优化

摘　　要：从事研究肠道疾病及其他基础医学的科研工作者,需通过灌肠法来验证某种药物对肠道疾病的疗效或构建小鼠肠道疾病模型,但传统的灌肠方法操作过程易导致造模失败或小鼠死亡,并且目前市场上并无小鼠专用的灌肠设备,因此实验中迫切需要制备适合小鼠灌肠的器材。由于课题需要构建炎症性肠病模型,经实验中不断摸索和总结,本实验已制作出适用于小鼠灌肠的灌肠器和肛塞,该装置具有制作简单、造价经济、效果明显、致死率低等特点,可以在小鼠灌肠的实验研究中推广使用。In the study,researchers engaged in intestinal diseases and other basic medical research will use enema to verify the efficacy of certain drugs on intestinal diseases and preparation of mice intestinal disease model,the traditional enema method is easy to cause modeling failed or mice died.And there is no mouse-specific enema equipment on the market,so it is urgently needed to prepare suitable mouse enema equipment.The need of study to prepare inflammatory bowel disease model,making anal appliance and anal plug by myself for enema in mice through exploring and summarizing during the experiment.The device has the advantages of simple production,economic cost,the obvious effect and low fatality rate,it can be widely used in the experimental study of mouse enema.
