城市物流和农村物流协同发展测度与路径研究——基于安徽省数据的实证分析

摘　　要：城市物流和农村物流存在着显著的交互作用。从物流需求水平、物流信息化水平、物流发展环境和物流基础设施建设四个维度,运用协同理论构建城市物流与农村物流协同发展测度评价指标体系,通过基于灰色关联法和CRITIC赋权法建立的复合系统协同度模型,实证研究了安徽省2001—2017年间城市物流和农村物流协同发展水平。研究结果显示:安徽省城市物流系统和农村物流系统有序度均呈平稳上升态势,城市物流增长曲线为S型,农村物流增长曲线为指数型;城乡物流复合系统协同度呈现出从弱度协同向低度、中度协同发展的时序演化趋势,但总体水平偏低。There is a significant interaction between urban logistics and rural logistics.From the four dimensions of logistics demand level,logistics informationization level,logistics development environment and logistics infrastructure construction,the collaborative theory is used to construct the evaluation index system which measures the collaborative development of urban logistics and rural logistics.The system synergy model is established based on the gray correlation method and CRITIC weighting method,and it empirically studies the level of coordinated development of urban logistics and rural logistics in Anhui Province from 2001 to 2017.The result shows a steady growth trend of order degree of urban logistics system and rural logistics system in Anhui Province.The urban logistics growth curve is S-type,the rural logistics growth curve is exponential;the urban-rural logistics composite system synergy shows a trend from weak toward low and medium coordinated development degree,but the overall level is low.
