摘  要:采用循环伏安法在HNO3溶液中对石墨柱电极进行处理,制备得到被石墨片层均匀包覆的石墨柱电极。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对片层石墨柱电极的组成和结构进行了表征。采用循环伏安、恒电位等方法研究了片层石墨柱电极对多巴胺(DA)的传感性能。研究结果表明:在多巴胺浓度为5~400μmol/L范围内,片层石墨柱电极的氧化峰电流与浓度存在良好的线性关系,检测灵敏度高达0. 446μA/μmol·cm^2。此外,片层石墨柱电极还具有良好的抗干扰能力、重现性和稳定性。The graphite column electrode uniformly coated with graphite sheet was obtained by the cyclicvoltammetry treatment in nitric acid solution to the graphite column electrode.The composition and structure of the sheet graphite column electrode was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The sensing performance of the sheet graphite column electrode on dopamine(DA)was investigated using cyclic voltammetry and control-potential method.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the oxidation peak current and the concentration of dopamine in the range of 5 to 400μmol/L with a high sensitivity of 0.446μA/μmol·cm^2.In addition,the sheet graphite column electrode exhibited good anti-interference property,reproducibility and stability.
