摘  要:采用光纤激光器进行了1.5 mm壁厚304不锈钢圆管的对接焊接。研究了激光功率对焊缝成型和组织的影响。通过对焊缝表面、截面形貌和组织分析,得到了较好的焊接工艺参数。结果表明,当激光功率为2400 W时,焊缝成型良好,焊缝焊透。焊缝组织为典型的激光重熔后凝固组织,热影响区窄。The butt welding of 304 stainless steel pipes with 1.5 mm thickness has been taken by fiber laser.The effect of laser power on weld formation and microstructure has been studied.Through the analysis of weld surface,section morphology and microstructure,good welding process parameters have been obtained.The results show that when the laser power is 2400 W,the weld is formed well and penetrated completely.The weld microstructure is typical solidified microstructure after laser remelting,and the heat affected zone is narrow.
