摘  要:对于特大型轧辊,由于吨位大、磨削时间长,采用顶磨加工方式难以保证加工精度。对轧辊托磨技术进行了理论分析,对托磨工艺进行了研究,通过对托磨工艺的规范和工装辅具的改进,提高了轧辊磨削效率和加工精度,同时降低了磨削成本。For the super large roll,it is difficult to guarantee the machining precision by top grinding method because of the large tonnage and long grinding time.The roller support grinding technology has been analyzed theoretically,and the grinding process has been studied.Through the specification of the grinding process and the improvement of the tooling accessories,the grinding efficiency and precision of the roller have been improved,and the grinding cost has been reduced at the same time.
