摘  要:发现引起宽厚钢板无损检测合格率低的主要原因是:模铸坯料(13 t^45 t扁锭)中存在着严重的疏松、中心偏析等低倍缺陷,在随后的轧制过程中未得到有效压合。通过工艺及措施改进,使得钢板无损检测不合格问题得到了有效控制。It is found that the main reason for the low qualified rate of NDT for wide and thick steel plates is that the die casting blank(13 t^45 t flat ingot)has serious macroscopic defects such as porosity and center segregation,and it has not been effectively pressed in the subsequent rolling process.Through the improvement of technology and measures,the unqualified situation in nondestructive test of steel plate has been effectively controlled.
