摘  要:目的观察五味子总木脂素对哮喘模型小鼠的干预作用,并分析其对Th2相关炎症因子的影响.方法将雄性BALB/c小鼠随机分为3组,分别为对照组、哮喘模型组和五味子木脂素组,其中,模型组和五味子木脂素组运用卵清蛋白(OVA)联合氢氧化铝建立小鼠的哮喘动物模型,五味子木脂素组灌胃给予五味子木脂素30 m g/kg,1次/d,连续8 d,其余组以蒸馏水作为对照,运用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清中卵清蛋白特异性抗体Ig E和肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)的水平,并观察肺组织病理学变化.结果与模型组比较,五味子木脂素组小鼠的哮喘症状得到明显改善,肺组织的炎性损伤明显减轻,体内IL-4、IL-5和Ig E的水平也显著下降.结论五味子木脂素具有良好的治疗哮喘的生物活性.Objective To observe the effects of Schisandra chinensis lignans on asthma model mice,and its effect on Th2-related inflammatory factors was also analyzed.Method Male BALB/c mice were randomly divided into 3 groups,control group,asthma model group and Schisandra chinensis lignans group,asthma model group and Schisandra chinensis lignans group were administrated by ovalbumin(OVA)and aluminum hydroxide to establish the asthma model,Schisandra chinensis lignans group gavage SCL 30 mg/kg,once a day for successive 8 days,the control group and asthma model group with distilled water as a control,the levels of IgE in serum and IL-4 and IL-5 in BALF were determined by ELISA kit,and the changes of lung tissue pathology were also observed.Results The asthmatic symptoms of mice in Schisandra chinensis lignans group relieved obviously and the levels of IL-4,IL-5 and IgE in mice also reduced comparing with the asthma model group.Conclusion There is a better biological activity of Schisandra chinensis lignans in the treatment of asthma.
