摘 要:流体波码通信用于分层注水智能监控系统,但其流体压力信号的产生与波码传输的机理一直不明。基于稳定流的流体能量方程建立流体压力信号的产生与传输过程的数学模型,研究地面电控阀及井下配水器产生的压力信号及影响因素,揭示信号在注水管中的传输机理。研究表明,地面及井下压力信号的产生来自于地面阀及井下配水器开度改变引起的流量变化,压力信号幅度受流体、输水管网、注水管或井筒参数、流体装置结构及流体控制参数的影响;信号沿注水管的传输为电控阀开度改变引起流量变化的诱导;注水管长度对地面信号的下传基本无影响,但对井下信号的上传有一定影响。数值计算表明,注水管最大流量及电控阀阻力系数的变化量对压力信号幅度的影响很大,较大的流量及阻力系数的变化量可以产生较大的信号幅度,有利于信号的传输及信号的检测与处理。该研究对于流体波码通信系统的设计与性能改善具有一定的理论指导作用。Fluid wave code communication is used for layered water injection intelligent monitoring system,but the mechanism of fluid pressure signal generation and wave code transmission has not been known.Based on the fluid energy equation of steady flow,the mathematical model of the generation and transmission process of fluid pressure signal was established.The pressure signals and influencing factors generated by the ground electric control valve and the downhole flow control device were studied,and the transmission mechanism of the signal in the water injection pipe was revealed.Studies show that ground and downhole pressure signals are generated by flow changes caused by changes in the opening degree of the ground valve and the downhole flow control device.The pressure signal amplitude is affected by fluid,water pipe network,water injection pipe or wellbore parameters,fluid device structure and fluid control parameters.The influence of the signal along the water injection pipe is the induction of the flow change caused by the change of the opening degree of the electric control valve,and the length of the water injection pipe has no effect on the downlink transmission of the ground signal,but has a certain influence on the uploading of the downhole signal.Numerical calculations show that the maximum flow rate of the water injection pipe and the variation of the resistance coefficient of the electric control valve have a great influence on the amplitude of the pressure signal.The larger flow rate and the variation of the resistance coefficient can generate larger signal amplitude,which is beneficial to the signal transmission,signal detection and signal processing.The research has a certain theoretical guidance for the design and performance improvement of fluid wave code communication system.
