摘　　要：当前学术浮躁之风盛行,学术不诚信行为激增,影响了期刊出版的可信度和公信力,造成了学术信任危机。区块链不仅代表一种先进技术,而且是一种新的理念——重新构造的一种信任机制,提升现实世界的有序度,可以借鉴应用在期刊学术诚信体系构建和维护之中。将区块链技术的去中心化、数据不可篡改、可追溯性、智能合约等特征运用到学术期刊出版诚信构建之中,建立学术诚信保障体系,使学术期刊内容可追溯,避免剽窃、抄袭和侵占现象;确认和记录审稿专家身份,与稿件精准匹配,同时增加惩戒机制,使专家评审更加公正、公平;实现论文复证,避免数据和实验过程造假,保证学术内容的真实性;减少人为操纵和干预,使相关评价指标透明化,提高学术评价的公正性和客观性。At present,academic impetuosity is prevalent,and the bad behaviors in academic integrity have increased sharply,which has affected the credibility and accountability of journal publishing and caused the crisis of academic trust.Block chain not only represents an advanced technology,but also is a new concept:a trust mechanism reconstructed to improve the order of the real world,which can be used for the reference in the construction and maintenance of academic integrity system of journals.Applying the characteristics of block chain technology such as decentralization,data non-tampering,traceability and intelligent contract to the construction of academic journals’publishing integrity and establishing an academic integrity guarantee system can make the contents of academic journals traceable and avoid plagiarism,plagiarism and embezzlement;confirming and recording the identity of reviewing experts for accurately matching with manuscripts,and increasing the disciplinary mechanism so as to make experts traceable and more justifiable and fair,realize the reexamination of the papers and avoid falsification of data and experimental process to ensure the authenticity of academic contents.The artificial manipulation and intervention should be reduced,the relevant evaluation indicators should be transparent,and the impartiality and objectivity of academic evaluation should be improved.
