摘  要:主要组织相容性复合体(major histocompatibility complex, MHC) Ⅰ类分子主要递呈来自于细胞内的内源性抗原,而其递呈外源性抗原称为MHC Ⅰ类分子交叉递呈。MHC Ⅰ类分子交叉递呈的发现,为研究外源性抗原的递呈提供了重要的理论依据。MHC Ⅰ类分子抗原交叉递呈是一个复杂的过程,本身又包括两种不同的途径,抗原加工相关转运体(transported associated with antigen processing, TAP)依赖性途径和TAP非依赖性途径,并涉及到许多蛋白质与蛋白质之间、分子伴侣之间的相互作用。现就MHC Ⅰ类分子对抗原的交叉递呈的途径、与交叉递呈相关的细胞系以及一些影响交叉递呈途径的因素进行综述,展望了交叉递呈研究的发展前景。Major histocompatibility complex(MHC) class Ⅰ molecule is discovered to mainly present endogenous antigen, but sometimes it can present exogenous antigen also. This presentation is called as cross-presentation of MHC Ⅰ. The discovery of cross-presentation for MHC Ⅰ will supply the crucial theoretical basis for studying on the presentation of exogenous antigen. The cross-presentation for MHC Ⅰ includes two complicated pathways, the transported associated with antigen processing(TAP) dependent pathway and TAP independent path way, which are all involved to different proteins and molecular chaperone interactions. In this article, the antigen cross-presentation pathway for MHC Ⅰ, the related cell lines and some influence factor associated with cross-presentation for MHC Ⅰ will be reviewed. Finally, the developing prospect of cross-presentation for MHC Ⅰ is put forward in this article.
