摘　　要：目的研究MRI诊断膝关节盘状半月板撕裂的价值。方法选择膝关节盘状半月板撕裂患者作为本次研究病人或研究对象,并采用"电脑随机法"将100例膝关节盘状半月板撕裂患者进行分组,主要包括两组,其中观察组、实施MRI诊断;对照组、实施关节镜诊断,分析两组诊断结果。结果观察组膝关节盘状半月板撕裂患者诊断符合率96.00%高于对照组,P<0.05,两者差异具有统计学意义。观察组膝关节盘状半月板撕裂患者误诊率2.00%、漏诊率2.00%低于对照组,P<0.05。结论 MRI诊断膝关节盘状半月板撕裂具有较高应用价值,同时能够预防误诊和漏诊现象,值得研究。Objective To study the value of MRI in the diagnosis of discoid meniscus tears in knee joints.Methods Patients with discoid meniscus tears in the knee were selected as the study patients or subjects,and 100 patients with discoid meniscus tears were grouped by computer randomization method,including two groups.The group,the implementation of MRI diagnosis;the control group,the implementation of arthroscopy diagnosis,analysis of the two groups of diagnosis results.Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of the discoid meniscus tear in the observation group was 96.00%higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.The misdiagnosis rate of patients with discoid meniscus tear in the observation group was 2.00%,and the rate of missed diagnosis was 2.00%lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion MRI diagnosis of discoid meniscus tears has a high application value,and can prevent misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,which is worthy of study.
