摘　　要：目的探究综合护理干预对联合用药治疗的牙龈出血患者治疗效果的影响。方法将2018年7月-2019年5月期间我院收治122例牙龈出血患者分为干预组(n=61)和对照组(n=61),对照组采取常规护理干预,干预组采取综合护理干预,比较两组患者接受护理干预前、后PLI、SBI、GI指数变化情况,比较两组患者护理干预后用药依存性和护理满意度。结果护理干预前,干预组疗效与对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理干预后,对照组疗效与干预组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);干预组用药依从性与对照组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05);干预组患者护理满意度与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可以提高联合用药治疗的牙龈出血患者的用药依从性,从而缓解患者牙龈肿痛、出血等临床症状,有显著的护理效果。且患者对综合护理干预有较好的满意度,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on gingival hemorrhage patients receiving combined drug therapy.Methods 122 patients with gingival hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to May 2019 were divided into treatment group(n=61)and control group(n=61).The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the treatment group received comprehensive nursing intervention.Indexes including PLI,SBI and GI,drug dependence and nursing satisfaction were compared between groups.Results The clinical efficacy showed no difference between groups before nursing(P>0.05),which was statistic different between groups after nursing(P<0.05).The drug dependence showed no difference between groups(P>0.05).Nursing satisfaction had significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the drug dependence of patients with gingival hemorrhage treated by combined medication,thus alleviating the clinical symptoms,the nursing satisfaction degree is high,and it is recommended to use.
