摘 要:一些高强度合金钢磷化处理后,会造成零件氢脆,因此需将其进行除氢处理。但在相关工艺和标准中除氢处理的温度和时间表述并不一致。其中,在较高温度下消除氢脆可能会造成磷化膜脱水破裂,降低其耐蚀性。现以60Si2MnA弹簧钢碟簧零件进行磷化处理并在不同温度和时间下进行除氢处理。之后按相关标准对磷化膜层进行了外观、附着力、厚度、耐腐蚀性能的检验,并对磷化膜进行扫描电子显微镜分析,通过上述宏观检验和微观观测分析,分别比较采用不同除氢工艺后磷化膜的质量差异。经系统分析,磷化后的除氢处理应在一定温度和时间下进行。本次试验成果将会为后续磷化后除氢工艺的编制,提供可借鉴的分析方法和检测方法。Phosphate coating on some high toughness alloy steels can result in hydrogen embrittlement of metal parts,so it is necessary to eliminate hydrogen. However,the temperature and time of dehydrogenation treatment are not consistent in the relevant documents and standards of production processes. Among them,eliminating hydrogen embrittlement at higher temperature may cause rupture of film and reduce its corrosion resistance. In this article,the coated disc spring parts of 60 Si2MnA material were dehydrogenated at different temperature and time. Moreover,the appearance,adhesion,thickness and corrosion resistance of phosphate film were tested according to relevant standards,and the quality of film was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy( SEM). The qualities of films for different dehydrogenation processes were compared through both macro-examination and micro-observation analysis. Results showed that dehydrogenation treatment should be much more reasonable at certain temperature and time duration. The results of this study would provide useful analytical and detection methods for the process document preparation of dehydrogenation of post coating.
