四位一体疗法治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察四位一体疗法治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎60例随机分为治疗组30例与对照组30例,治疗组给予四位一体疗法(经期中药内服、穴位封闭,非经期中药灌肠、四黄水蜜外敷)治疗,对照组给予头孢菌素类抗生素静脉滴注治疗。疗程为3个月经周期,观察比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后症状积分变化。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.33%,对照组为76.67%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者下腹疼痛、腰骶疼痛、带下量多、神疲乏力、月经量多等症状积分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组各症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:四位一体疗法治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎临床疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of four-in-one therapy for chronic pelvic inflammation of dampnessheat accumulation type. Methods: A total of 60 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation of dampness-heat accumulation type were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was given four-in-one therapy including oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine and point blocking during menstrual period, and enema with Chinese herbal medicine and external application of SihuangShuimi, during non menstrual period. The control group was given cephalosporin antibiotics by intravenous drip. The treatment lasted for three menstrual cycles. The clinical effect and the changes in symptom scores before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and compared. Results:The total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group,and 76.67% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,in the two groups,the symptom scores such as pain in the lower abdomen,pain in the lumbosacral region,profuse vaginal discharge,lassitude of spirit and lack of strength,as well as profuse menstruation were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The four-in-one therapy has significant curative effect in treating chronic pelvic inflammation of dampness-heat accumulation type.
