针刺联合一指禅治疗干眼症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺联合一指禅治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例患者随机分为2组,各30例。观察组采用针刺联合一指禅治疗,对照组采用0.1%玻璃酸钠滴眼液滴眼。疗程均为4周,治疗结束后比较2组临床症状情况、SchirmerⅠ试验(SIT)和泪膜破裂时间(BUT)。结果:治疗4周后,2组SIT、BUT均升高,且观察组SIT、BUT明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床疗效总有效率观察组96.7%,明显高于对照组83.3%,结论:针刺联合一指禅治疗干眼症可以延长泪膜破裂时间,促进泪液分泌,改善患者临床症状。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of acupuncture combined with one-finger pushing for Xerophthalmia. Methods: A total of 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in each group. The observation group was treated with acupuncture and one-finger pushing,and the control group was treated with 0.1% of sodium hyaluronate eye drops. Both groups were treated for four weeks. After treatment, the clinical effect,level of Schirmer Ⅰ Test(SIT) and tear break-up time(BUT) were compared between the two groups.Results:After four weeks of treatment,SIT level and BUT were increased in both groups,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of clinical effect was 96.7% in the observation group, significantly higher than that of 83.3% in the control group. Conclusion: The therapy of acupuncture combined with one-finger pushing for dry eye syndrome can prolong the tear break-up time,promote the secretion of tears,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
