中药保留灌肠联合穴位按摩干预活动期溃疡性结肠炎效果研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药保留灌肠联合穴位按摩应用于活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者中的效果。方法:选取120例活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者,按照随机数字表法分成2组,每组60例。对照组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗和常规护理干预,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予中药保留灌肠和穴位按摩。比较2组临床效果、中医证候积分、疾病活动指数(DAI)评分、生活质量评分,评价2组治疗前后焦虑、抑郁状况,记录患者满意度评分及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的81.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分、DAI评分较治疗前显著下降,生活质量评分较治疗前显著升高,焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分、DAI评分及焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度评分明显高于对照组(t=24.651,P=0.000)。2组治疗期间无明显不良反应发生。结论:中药保留灌肠联合穴位按摩应用于活动期溃疡性结肠炎中效果显著,有利于提高患者生活质量和满意度。Objective:To observe the effect of retention enema with Chinese medicine combined with point massage for patients with ulcerative colitis at active stage. Methods:A total of 120 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis at active stage were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group. The control group was given mesalazine enteric-coated tablets and routine nursing, and the observation group was additionally treated with retention enema with Chinese medicine and point massage based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect,and the scores of Chinese medicine syndromes, Disease Activity Index(DAI) and quality of life in the two groups were compared. Before and after treatment,the anxiety and depression in the two groups were evaluated. The satisfaction and adverse reactions were recorded. Results:The total effective rate was 95.00% in the observation group,significantly higher than that of 81.67% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of Chinese medicine syndromes and DAI in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment, the scores of quality of life were significantly increased, and the scores of anxiety and depression were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);in the observation group,the decrease of scores of Chinese medicine syndromes,DAI,and the scores of anxiety and depression were lower,the score of quality of life was higher(P<0.05). The score of satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher that in the control group(t=24.651, P=0.000). During treatment, there was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion:The therapy of retention enema with Chinese medicine combined with point massage has significant curative effect in treating patients with ulcerative colitis at active stage,and is conducive to improving their quality of life and satisfaction.
