中医辨体调质护理在2型糖尿病患者护理管理中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中医辨体调质护理在2型糖尿病患者护理管理中的效果。方法:选取160例2型糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各80例。对照组给予药物治疗和常规护理管理,观察组于对照组基础上采用中医辨体调质护理开展护理管理。比较2组干预后遵医行为(遵医嘱用药、定期复查、疾病知识掌握、合理饮食)及生活质量(生理方面、心理方面、治疗方面)评分,调查患者的满意度。结果:干预后,观察组遵医行为各项评分及生活质量各项评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病护理管理中实施中医辨体调质护理有助于提升患者遵医的行为,更好地改善其生活质量。Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese medicine constitution-regulating nursing based on physique differentiation in nursing management of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods:Selected 160 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes,and divided them into the control group and the observation group according to random number table,80 cases in each group. The control group received medicine and routine nursing management,while the observation group additionally received Chinese medicine constitution-regulating nursing based on physique differentiation. Compared the scores of compliance behaviors(taking medicine as directed by medical orders, regular reexamination, mastering knowledge about disease and proper diet) and quality of life(physiological dimension,psychological dimension and treatment dimension) in the two groups after intervention, and investigated the degree of satisfaction. Results: After intervention, each score of compliance behaviors and each score of quality of life in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05). The degree of satisfaction in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of Chinese medicine constitutionregulating nursing based on phyisque differentiation has good effect in nursing management of patients with type 2 diabetes,and assists in enhancing compliance behaviors,thus better improving the quality of life.
