摘　　要：张蓓教授提出肿瘤病机多为痰毒瘀虚,临床上要秉持"整体观念与辨证论治"的中医诊疗精髓,将辨病与辨证有机结合,重视扶正固本与固护脾胃,指出"治病求本"是指导肿瘤治疗的大法;提出"以毒攻毒"法在肿瘤治疗中的应用,首倡青紫舌消退与否及消退的迟早,可作为预后的判断指征之一;重视"治未病",主张用中医与西医手术、放疗、化疗、介入、靶向等治疗的综合应用,形成具有中医药特色的综合治疗理论体系。Prof. ZHANG Bei puts forward that the pathogenesis of tumor is mostly related to phlegm,toxin,stasis and deficiency, and that the clinical treatment of it should be placed value on the "holistic concept and syndrome differentiation", the essence of the diagnosis and treatment of Chinese medicine. She also believes that the disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation should be combined organically, and emphasis should be on reinforcing healthy qi and securing the root, securing and strengthening the spleen and stomach. It is pointed out that "treating the root of disease" is the main method to guide the treatment of tumor. In addition, she proposes the application of "counteracting toxin with toxin" in treating tumor, and first puts forward that whether the blue-purple tongue disappears or not,and whether it disappears sooner or later, can be regarded as one of the prognostic indicators. Last but not least, she attaches great importance to "treating disease before it arises", and advocates the comprehensive application of Chinese medicine and western medicine including surgery, radiotherapy,chemotherapy, interventional therapy and targeted therapy,so as to form a theoretical system of comprehensive treatment with the characteristics of Chinese medicine.
