摘  要:近年来,心血管疾病已经成为人类健康的最大威胁。然而,由于缺乏能够真实地模拟患者生理病理状态的疾病模型,心血管疾病的发生发展过程中许多重要的分子途径仍然未显现出临床转化前景。随着诱导多能干细胞技术的出现,体外可以建立具有特异遗传背景和表观遗传调控的疾病模型,这为心血管疾病精准医学提供了一个独特的平台。该文将重点介绍诱导多能干细胞技术在各种心血管疾病模型、药物评估及筛选方面的应用。In recent years,cardiovascular disease has become the greatest health threat to humans.However,due to the lack of disease models that can realistically simulate the physiological and pathological state of the patients,many of the molecular pathways that are thought to be essential in the development of cardiovascular disease processes still have unknown clinical significance.With the emergence of induced pluripotent stem cells,a unique platform for cardiovascular disease has been established to set up a disease model with specific genetic background and epigenetic regulation from the cellular level in vitro.In this review,we described the translational applications of iPSCs in cardiovascular precision medicine,such as disease modeling,drug screening and so on.
