摘  要:以8种活络油为研究对象,采用近红外光谱结合判别分析法建立了活络油的识别模型。模型将样品分成了三大类:有效成分(冬青油等)较低的活络油(a类)、有效成分(冬青油等)中等的活络油(b类)、有效成分(冬青油等)较高的活络油(c类)。采用所建模型,检测分析了2种未参与建模的活络油样品,结果表明,利用模型可以简便、快捷地鉴别不同品质的活络油。Eight kinds of Huoluo oils were used as research objects,and the identification model of huoluo oil was established by near-infrared spectroscopy combined with discriminant analysis.The model clearly divides the sample into three categories:Huoluo oil with low content of active ingredient(winter oil,etc.)(class a),Huoluo oil with medium active ingredient content(class b).Huoluo oil with high active ingredient content(class c).Using this model,two kinds of Huoluo oil samples not involved in the modeling were tested and analyzed and the results showed that the model can be used to identify Huoluo oils with different quality easily and quickly.
