摘　　要：创新政府市场监管模式是当前我国推进政府治理现代化视域下,加快转变政府职能,深化"放管服"改革,优化营商环境的重要内容。近年来,上海在打造多元共治市场监管新形态,改革理顺市场监管体制、构建信息共享的市场综合监管平台,应用科技支撑创新市场监管方式等方面进行了积极探索,取得了较大成效,积累了一些有益经验,但也存在一些问题。对此,从持续推进法治建设、标准化建设、监管平台建设、智能化建设和队伍建设等五个方面,提出进一步创新地方政府市场监管模式的对策建议。Innovating the government market supervision mode is an important part of the current reform of governance in China,accelerating the transformation of government functions and deepening the reform of"Delegate Power,Improve Regulation and Upgrade Service".In recent years,Shanghai has made active explorations in building a new form of multi-governance market supervision,reforming the market supervision system,constructing a market comprehensive supervision platform for information sharing,and applying technology to support innovative market supervision methods,and achieved great results.There have been some useful experiences,but there are also some problems.In this regard,from the five aspects of the continuous promotion of the rule of law construction,standardization construction,supervision platform construction,intelligent construction and team building,the countermeasures and suggestions for further innovating the local government market supervision mode are proposed.
