摘　　要：本文将社区建设作为考察当代中国国家与社会关系的一个窗口。资本、治理和生活的逻辑导致城市社区的"原子化",社会无法通过自组织的方式来实现高质量的公共生活。上海市P区以"助推"的方式来激发居民的人格化社会交往动机,提升邻里社会资本的存量,促成现代熟人社区的形成。案例研究表明:在当代中国,国家与社会不是截然二分的,而是共生的;国家的"助推"为城市邻里的再造提供了第一推动力,提升了居民对公共生活的参与度;"助推"策略可以让社会建设摆脱"国家退出"与"国家介入"的二元循环。This article takes community building as a lens to examine the relationship between the state and society in contemporary China.The logic of capital,governance,and life leads to the atomization of urban neighborhoods.This article calls it"social failure"-that is,the society cannot adopt self-organizing to achieve a high-quality public life.District P of Shanghai attempts to nudge residents’personalized social interaction,increase the stock of social capital in the neighborhood,and promote the formation of modern acquaintance communities.Case studies show that the state and society are not divisive,but symbiotic;the state’s nudge provides the first impetus for the regeneration of urban neighborhoods and enhances residents’participation in public life;the strategy of nudge can free society from the cycle of"state withdrawal"and"state intervention".
