摘  要:荧光增白剂中尿素的测试方法有丁二酮肟分光光度法和高效液相色谱法。对两种方法进行比较研究,结果显示:丁二酮肟分光光度法RSD为4.17%,回收率在60%~90%,显色结果不稳定、精密度和准确度较差;而高效液相色谱法RSD为0.98%,回收率95%~102%,精密度好、准确度高,适合荧光增白剂中尿素含量的测试。Dimethylglyoxime spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography are the determination methods of urea in liquid fluorescent brighteners.Comparing the two methods,the results showed that the RSD of dimethylglyoxime spectrophotometry was 4.17%,the recovery was 60%~90%,the color development results were unstable,the precision and accuracy were poor,while the RSD of HPLC was 0.98%,the recovery was 95%~102%,the precision and accuracy were good.HPLC is suitable for the determination of urea content in liquid fluorescent brighteners.
