摘　　要：《黑图档》是近年来东北地区清代档案编纂的代表性成果,记录了清代盛京地区社会历史发展的情况,为研究清代东北史提供了珍贵的第一手资料。本文以《黑图档·嘉庆朝》为基本研究史料,深入探讨清嘉庆朝盛京保存的各部门档案的管理工作以及检查、保护等问题,以期为清代地方档案管理工作研究提供有益的参考。Hetu Dangse archives is a representative achievement between the arrangement of Qing Dynasty archives in Northeast China.We can know the social and historical development of Shengjing in the archives which can provide first-hand information for the study of the local archives history in Qing Dynasty. The paper will show the questions about the preservation, inspection and protection of the archives kept by Shengjing in Jiaqing based on Hetu Dangse Archives in Jiaqing. We hope we can provide useful reference for the study of local archives management in Qing Dynasty.
