摘 要:为掌握铁素体轧制技术的工艺特性和应用要点,研究了Ti-IF钢铁素体轧制热轧产品的组织、力学性能、氧化铁皮、析出物和织构特征,并对铁素体轧制工艺要点进行探讨。结果表明,铁素体轧制具有晶粒粗大、强度低、塑性好、氧化铁皮薄、γ织构强、析出物弥散细小等特点,但铁素体轧制容易产生组织、取向不均匀的问题,对钢卷下线后的冷却和润滑轧制提出更高的要求。In order to master the process characteristics and application points of ferrite rolling technology,the microstructure,mechanical properties,oxide scales,precipitates and textures of hot rolled products in ferrite rolling of Ti-IF steel were investigated.Moreover,the key process technologies of ferrite rolling were discussed.The results revealed that the ferrite rolling process had the characteristics of coarser grain size,lower strength,better plasticity,thinner oxide scale,strongerγtexture and finer precipitates.However,the ferrite rolling process also easily caused some problems such as uneven microstructure and orientation,which put forward higher requirements for the cooling and lubrication rolling after coiling.
