摘 要:激光光谱技术由于具有激发光斑小、便于分析细小的缺陷、样品无需特殊处理、分析时间短等特点,被广泛应用于钢板表面夹杂类缺陷的分析中。通过对照样品缺陷点和正常点的元素光谱强度差异来分析缺陷点的典型元素,进行缺陷分析。利用扫描电镜-X射线能谱仪(SEM-EDS)对激光诱导击穿光谱仪的分析结论进行了验证,结果基本一致。由此可知,激光诱导击穿光谱技术符合钢铁现场及时分析和处理缺陷的要求。Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy technology has some advantages such as smaller exciting spot size,conveniently analyzing for tiny defect,no special treatment on sample,shorter time for analysis and so on,so that it was applied on analysis of surface inclusions of steel extensively.By comparison of the spectrum intensity of characteristic elements in abnormal and normal parts of the samples,further judgment of characteristics can be made based on the previous information.The results of LIBS analysis have been verified by the analysis of energy disperse X-ray spectrum of scanning electron microscopy(SEM-EDS).So it is included that LIBS technology is suitable for the demands of analyzing and solving the defects rapiding on site.
