摘 要:基于某钢铁公司年产15万t的冷固球团生产线中消化仓堆料严重、冷固球团粉末化率高和抗压强度低等问题,分别从方锥形消化仓的改造、消化过程的配水量和消化时间对冷固球团粉末化率的影响,以及黏结剂用量对冷固球团强度的影响等方面开展工艺试验。通过方锥形消化仓的改造,其存放的半熟料由60 t提高到100 t左右;消化过程中配水量为6%左右时,冷固球团粉末化率最低达到了31.12%;在黏结剂上采用5%硅酸钠代替改质性淀粉胶,湿球强度提高了3.59%,干球强度提高了6.83%;碳化时间在0~4 h时,冷固球团强度随着碳化时间增加而显著增加,最高可超过1200 N。Based on the problems of serious material stacking in the digestion bin,high fineness rate and low compressive strength in the production line of cold-bound pellets with the production capacity of 150000 t in an iron and steel company,the technological tests were carried out from the aspects of the modification of the square cone digestion bin,the influence of the amount of water and digestion time in the digestion process on the pulverization rate of cold-bound pellets of powder,as well as the bonding agent for the intensity of cold-bound pellets.Through the transformation of the square cone digester,the semi-clinker stored in the digester was increased from 60 t to about 100 t.When the amount of water in the digestion process was about 6%,the powder rate of the cold solid pellets reached 31.12%at the lowest.The modified starch glue was replaced by 5%sodium silicate in the binder,and the wet bulb strength increased by 3.6%and the dry bulb strength increased by 6.94%.When the carbonization time was 0-4 h,the strength of cold-fixed pellets increased significantly with the increase of carbonization time,up to a maximum of 1200 N.
