摘 要:光固化是指单体、低聚物或聚合体基质在光诱导下的固化过程,一般用于成膜过程,具有高效、适应性广、经济、节能以及环保的特点。早期的光固化光源主要是汞灯,但是其存在使用寿命短、发热高、效率低、不安全环保等缺陷,高效、绿色、环保的LED光源成为光固化领域的热点。系统介绍了LED光固化各种基础的光化学知识和相关的光引发剂进展,包括朗伯-比尔定律、摩尔消光系数、引发剂分子结构及性能等,以便使大家全面了解LED光固化存在问题、解决方法、目前的发展以及应用和未来的发展趋势。UV curing refers to the photocuring process of monomer,oligomer or polymer matrix under the light irradiation,which was generally used in the film-forming process,with the efficient,enabling,economical,energy saving and environmental friendly characteristics.In the early stage,mercury lamp was the main light source.Light-emitting diode(LED)light source has been recently developed,and it was rapidly replacing the traditional mercury lamp due to its environmental friendliness,low cost,long lifetime,and low energy consumption.In this paper,the basic photochemistry of photocuring and the development of LED sensitive photoinitiators,including Bill-Lambert’s law,molar extinction coefficient,structure/performance relationship of initiators were systematically introduced,so that we could have a more comprehensive understanding of the existing problems solutions,and development of LED photocuring.
