信息生态因子视角下图书馆舆情信息服务质量影响因素分析

摘　　要：协调与平衡图书馆舆情信息服务信息生态系统有利于促进政府和公众之间、舆情信息主体与舆情信息环境之间的可持续发展,实现图书馆舆情信息生态系统的进化和升级。基于服务质量差距理论,结合图书馆舆情信息服务过程,从信息生态因子视角构建图书馆舆情信息服务质量影响因素体系,运用结构方程模型进行实证检验,研究不同影响因素对图书馆舆情信息服务质量的影响。Coordinating and balancing the library public opinion information service ecosystem can help to promote the sustainable development between the government and the public,the public opinion information subject and the public opinion information environment,and realize the evolution and upgrade of the library public opinion information ecosystem.Based on the service quality gap theory,combined with the library public opinion information service process,from the perspective of information ecological factors,this paper establishes a system of factors affecting the quality of library public opinion information services,uses the structural equation model for empirical tests,studies the gap between different factors affecting the quality of library public opinion information services.
