摘　　要：运用文献计量与主题分析法梳理分析我国图书馆智慧服务研究领域相关文献的内容和主题。从我国图书馆智慧服务的概念与内涵、服务模式、系统结构、智慧馆员和智慧服务质量评价等方面对研究成果进行凝练和阐述。分析现有研究的不足,并从积极开展跨界研究、持续关注新技术应用研究、深化图书馆智慧服务研究等方面展望未来研究趋势。This paper adopts the research method of literature measurement and subject analysis,combs and analyses the contents and topics of relevant literature in the field of library intelligent service in China.This paper concisely expounds the research results from the concepts and connotations of library intelligent service,service mode,system structure,intelligent librarians and intelligent service quality evaluation.This paper analyses the shortcomings of the existing research,looks forward to the future research trends from the aspects of actively developing cross-border research,continuously paying attention to the application of new technology,deepening the research content of library intelligent service.
