运用中医“治未病”思想防治新型冠状病毒肺炎

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)属于中医"疫病"范畴,具有发病迅速、传播快、传染性强的流行特点。"治未病"思想起源于中国古代对急性传染性疾病的认识和防治之中,是中医理论思想中的特色与精华部分,核心内容包括"未病先防、既病防变、愈后防复"三个方面。在抗击新冠肺炎疫情中,运用"治未病"思想综合中医特色疗法如艾灸、导引等,指导中医药及早介入、全程干预,在疫情的防治中发挥早期预防、防止传变、缩短病程、愈后防复等重要作用。探讨中医"治未病"思想运用于新冠肺炎的防治思路,以期发挥中医优势,为临床提供参考依据。New coronavirus pneumonia belongs to the category of"Cure Without Disease"in Traditional Chinese Medicine.It has the epidemic characteristics of rapid spread and strong infectivity.The thought of"Cure Without Disease"originated from the understanding and prevention of acute infectious diseases in ancient China.It is the characteristic and essence part of the theoretical thought of Traditional Chinese Medicine.In the fight against the epidemic of new coronary pneumonia,the author uses the thought of"treating and Cure Without Disease",combined with the characteristic traditional Chinese medicine therapies such as moxibustionand,guidance,to guide the early intervention and whole-course intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and plays an important rolein the prevention and treatment of the enidemic such as early prevention,preventing the transmission of disease,shortening the course of disease,and recuperating the reversion.This paper mainly discusses the prevention and treatment of new crown pneumonia with the thought of"Cure Without Disease"in traditional Chinese medicine,so as to give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and provide reference for clinical practice.
