“增水行舟”法治疗慢传输型便秘津血亏虚证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察"增水行舟"法治疗慢传输型便秘津血亏虚证的临床疗效。方法:将52例慢传输型便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各26例,治疗组患者基于"增水行舟"法运用院内制剂生血通便颗粒冲服,对照组患者予以莫沙必利片口服,均治疗4周后观察疗效。结果:治疗组患者治疗后各项观察指标均优于对照组。治疗完成后治疗组总有效率为96.2%,显著高于对照组的88.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"增水行舟"法治疗慢传输型便秘津血亏虚证的疗效优于西药莫沙必利片,能显著改善患者的症状,提高患者生活质量,疗效确切,安全无毒副作用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of"increasing water and moving boat"in the treatment of slow transit constipation with deficiency syndrome of fluid and blood.Methods:52 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups with 26 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with shengxue tongbian granules,a nosocomial preparation,based on the method of"increasing water and moving boat",and the control group was given mosapride tablets orally.The observation results were obtained after 4 weeks of treatment in both groups.Results:The observation indexes of the treatment group were better than those of the control group.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.2%,higher than 88.5%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the therapeutic effect of"increasing water and moving boat"in the treatment of slow transit constipation with deficiency syndrome of fluid and blood is better than western medicine mosapride tablets,which can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,with definite curative effect,safe and non-toxic side effects.
