摘　　要：目的:利用中药整合药理学探讨经典名方泽泻汤治疗高血压的分子机制。方法:借助整合药理学平台V1.0版软件的分析功能,构建经典名方泽泻汤治疗高血压的多维网络,探索泽泻汤治疗高血压潜在的分子机制。结果:泽泻汤对高血压的干预作用可能与神经系统、循环系统、神经退行性疾病、内分泌系统、神经营养因子信号通路等有关。结论:该研究为经典名方泽泻汤治疗高血压的作用机制提供了理论依据。Objective:Internet-based Computation Platform method was adopted in this study to explore the active molecular mechanism of Zexie decoction in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:Based on the analysis of the functional integration of Internet-based Computation Platform V1.0 version of the software,the construction of Zexie decoction in treatment of hypertension disease"core components-key target-the main pathway"of multidimensional network,explore the Zexie decoction in treatment of hypertension with the potential molecular mechanism from multiple perspectives.In the study of the molecular mechanism of Zexie decoction in the treatment of hypertension by using the internet-based Computation Platform.Results:Zexie decoction can treat the hypertension by acting on the pathway related to energy metabolism such as nervous system,circulatory system,neurodegenerative disease,endocrine system,neurotrophin signaling pathway,and so on.Conclusion:The study provides a theoretical basis for the mechanism of Zexie decoction in the treatment of hypertension.
