筋针结合调体疗法新思路探析

摘　　要：经筋是是经脉之气输布于筋肉骨节的体系。筋针以痛为腧、以结为腧,通过对局部阿是穴的施术,起到疏调经筋、宣导卫气、缓解疼痛的作用。目前,筋针疗法在经筋病变所致的筋性痹病、腔病与窍病中展现了许多优势。从筋针的特点、临床应用、脏腑体质方面,浅析其研究进展概况与未来发展趋势,为其基础研究以及临床治疗提供新思路。Tendon is a brawn and bone joint’s system where the gas of the meridians is transported and distributed.According to the point of pain and joint as acupoint,by treating partial tendon,tendon acupuncture has functions such as dredging tendon,declaring-guiding qi and slowing pain.Up till now,tendon acupuncture has certain superiority in treating muscle’s arthralgia,cavity and orifices diseases of tendon pathologic change.According to tendon acupuncture’s characteristics and clinical practice,this paper expounds tendon acupuncture’s studying progress and developing tendency about viscera constitutions to provide basic research and clinical treatment with new train of thought.
