摘 要:以甲基乙烯基硅橡胶为基体,云母为成瓷填料,气凝胶、海泡石纤维、空心玻璃微珠3种无机材料分别为隔热填料,通过共混法制备了隔热防火可瓷化硅橡胶复合材料,并对复合材料烧结前的力学性能、密度、导热系数以及烧结后形成的多孔陶瓷材料的密度、导热系数和烧结形貌进行表征。结果表明:在高温下,采用海泡石纤维制备的隔热防火可瓷化复合材料的隔热性能优于另外两种;隔热防火可瓷化硅橡胶复合材料常温下的导热系数高于传统可瓷化硅橡胶,烧结后的导热系数最低可达0.074 W/(m·K);烧结后复合材料的外观形貌完整,无明显裂纹,有望应用于新能源电池隔热防火界面材料领域。A thermal insulation and fire retardant ceramifiable silicone rubber composites was prepared by blending method using methyl vinyl silicone rubber as matrix,mica as ceramifiable filler,and aerogel,sepiolite fiber,and hollow glass microsphere as thermal insulation filler,respectively.The mechanical properties,density,and thermal conductivity of the composite before sintering and the density,thermal conductivity,and morphology of the porous ceramic materials formed after sintering were characterized.The results show that the thermal insulation performance of the thermal insulation and fire retardant ceramifiable composite with sepiolite fibers is better than the other two composites at high temperature.The thermal conductivity of the thermal insulation and fire retardant ceramifiable silicone rubber composites is higher than that of the traditional ceramifiable silicone rubber at normal temperature,and the lowest thermal conductivity can attain 0.074 W/(m·K)after sintering.The composite has complete appearance and no obvious crack after sintering,which is expected to be used in the thermal insulation and fire retardant interface materials field for new energy batteries。
