摘  要:定子线棒介质损耗因数是直接决定电机质量及其老化情况的关键因素。针对定子线棒介损检测过程中出现的失真问题及测试结果进行分析,研究检测结果失真的主要原因及解决方法。结果表明:来自测试环境中其他导体产生的耦合阻抗、杂散电容以及来自外部环境中的电磁干扰是导致测试结果出现偏差的主要原因,对测试系统施加屏蔽措施能够有效提高测试系统的准确度及稳定性。The dielectric loss of stator bars is a key factor that determines the quality of motor and its ageing condition directly.The distortion problem during the dielectric loss factor testing process and the test result were analyzed,and the main cause and solution for test result distortion were studied.The results show that the coupling impedance and stray capacitance from other conductors in test environment and electromagnetic interference from external environment are the main causes that lead to the deviation of test result.The accuracy and stability of test system can be improved effectively by applying shielding measures.
