摘　　要：目的探讨持续性非卧床腹膜透析(CAPD)患者的营养状态与生存质量的关系,为改善CAPD患者的生存质量提供依据。方法对128例CAPD患者的营养状态及生存质量进行调查分析,使用主观综合营养评估法(SGA)及肾脏疾病生存质量简表(SF-36)进行问卷调查,同时收集患者的人口学资料、生化指标等。结果128例CAPD患者,营养良好占64.8%,轻中度营养不良占28.9%,重度营养不良占6.3%。营养良好组的生存质量明显高于轻中度营养不良组及重度营养不良组,不同程度营养状态的CAPD患者的生存质量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),营养状态越差CAPD患者的生存质量越低。线性回归分析显示:营养状态得分与生存质量得分呈负相关。结论CAPD患者的营养状态与生存质量密切相关,改善CAPD患者的营养状态可以提高生存质量。Objective To investigatethe correlationbetween nutritional status and quality of life in patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD),and to provide evidence for improving theirquality of life.Methods The nutritional status and quality of life of 128 CAPD patients in Peking University Shenzhen Hospitalwere investigated and analyzed.Questionnaires were conducted using SGA and SF-36,and demographic data and biochemical indicators were collected.Results Among 128 CAPD patients,64.8%were with good nutrition,28.9%were withmild to moderate malnutrition and 6.3%were withsevere malnutrition.The quality of life in the well-nourished group was significantly higher than thosein the mild-moderate nourished group and the severe-nourished group.There weresignificant differences in the quality of life among CAPD patients with different levels of nutrition.The worse the nutritional status,the lower the quality of life of CAPD patients had.Linear regression analysis showed that nutritional status score was negatively correlated with quality of life.Conclusion The nutritional status of CAPD patients is closely correlated to the quality of life.Improving nutritional status can improve the quality of life.
